As we provide repair, maintenance, and installation services, all payments made after the completion of work are final. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered. - Advance Payments (If Applicable):
In cases where an advance payment is required, it will be clearly communicated to you beforehand. If the service is canceled before work begins, the advance payment may be refunded, subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation:
If you have booked an inspection or service without making any advance payment, you may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. - Late Cancellation or No-Show:
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or fail to show up (no-show), a cancellation fee may apply. This fee compensates our team for the time and resources allocated to your booking. The exact amount will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation. - Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time without any additional charges.
3. Exceptions
In rare cases, such as unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
